Tara is a coach at Arffman Finland helping highly educated and experienced individuals navigate their way back into the workforce. Her work has given her unique insights into the challenges that people face when trying to find fulfilling work that aligns with their values and goals. With over 7 years of experience in the social sector, she has had the honor of working with a wide range of individuals, including children, youth, adults, people with disabilities, and immigrants. She has learned a lot about the importance of recognizing and embracing differences in the workplace. Working in both the public and private sectors, she have seen firsthand how diverse teams can come together to achieve amazing things.
